Introduction
Welcome to ParentBible, a brand operated by NETSOCIAL LTD. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This document, along with our Privacy Policy and any other guidelines or policies we may publish on our website, governs your access to and use of our services, websites, and software provided in connection with the service (“Service”). This encompasses but is not limited to, visiting or browsing our website.
By engaging with our Service, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge and consent to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), understanding that they create a binding legal agreement between you and NETSOCIAL LTD. Your continued use of the Service signifies your acceptance of these Terms, as well as any modifications made to them over time.
Applicability
These Terms of Service are applicable to all users of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals who contribute content, information, and other materials or services, whether registered with the Service or not.
Arbitration Notice and Class Action Waiver
Notice of Binding Arbitration:
Except for certain disputes that are described in the arbitration section below, you and NETSOCIAL LTD. agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration on an individual basis. This means that you waive any right to have disputes resolved in court by a judge or jury.

Further, you waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or any other type of collective action or proceeding. By agreeing to these terms, you understand that you and NETSOCIAL LTD. will each be able to bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
