1. Entrants to the competition are bound by these terms and conditions.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. This competition is free to enter and open to UK residents over the age of 18, except employees and families of ZXDigital Ltd, or anyone professionally associated with this competition.
4. The competition is operated by ZXDigital Ltd. ZXDigital Ltd. Registered in England, Company No. 5990184. The registered office of ZXDigital Ltd. is at 17 St Peter’s Place, Fleetwood, Lancashire, FY7 6EB.
5. The prize is:
- £150 Amazon E-Voucher
6. All prize values are correct at the time of publishing. 22/05/2024
7. Entry is via Facebook.
8. Entrants are required to react to the post and indicate which prize they would like to win.
9. Once a prize has been claimed, that prize will no longer be able to be won.
10. This competition is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Facebook, Facebook is not associated with this contest. Facebook has no responsibility to entrants or participants.
11. Entries into the competition are limited to one per person per entry method and any duplicate entries will be removed.
12. The winner will be chosen at random using random.org.
13. No cash equivalent can be offered.
14. ZXDigital/The Parent Bible makes no guarantees that the site and competition software are completely error-free.
15. Further to our full terms and conditions we accept no liability if any part of the site or competition results in a missing entry due to a technical fault.
16. The competition will run between 22/05/2024 and will end on 11/06/2024 at 12:00pm.
One prize winner will be picked at random.
17. The winners will be notified by Direct Message (Facebook) on 11/06/2024.
If we do not hear from you by email reply within seven working days of sending out the Direct Message your prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected and contacted until the prize has been issued.
18. ZXDigital Ltd. reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
19. In the event of any dispute regarding the competition, the decision of ZXDigital Ltd. is final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. ZXDigital Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
20. We will strive to have prizes delivered within 7 working days of a reply from the winner. We accept no liability for delays due to postal/courier services or delays from the manufacturer/supplier.
21. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party outside of ZXDigital Ltd. without the individual’s prior consent.22. Winners’ names will be displayed on The Parent Bible website, once they have acknowledged our winners’ notification message.
